Orders

Ready-to-ship orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Pre-orders

Products marked as pre-order are made or prepared especially for you.

Please allow up to 14 days from the date of purchase for your pre-order to be shipped. If your order contains both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, your entire order may be shipped together once all items are ready.

We'll always do our best to get your Billybun to you sooner whenever possible.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia and to selected international destinations.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, and peak periods.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at hello@billybun.com and we'll do our best to help.
