Where do you ship?
billybun ships Australia-wide and internationally.
We're a small business based in Australia, and we're so excited to send billybun to ocean girls all over the world
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location but generally the breakdown is FREE for all deliveries within Australia over $49.99, $5.00 flat to NZ, and $15 flat everywhere else.
Occasionally we run free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!
When will my order ship?
billybun is currently available for pre-order and made in small batches
We aim to pack and send your order within 14 days, and you'll be notified when your order has been dispatched.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on where you live.
Australian orders generally arrive faster (3-5 business days), while international orders can take a little longer (up to 20 business days).
Need your order in time for a specific trip? Let us know and we'll do our best to help!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We love that billybun gets to join adventures all around the world.
Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Firstly, I am incredibly sorry this has happened! Please email us at hello@billybun.com.au with your order number and photos and we promise to make things right
